Sometimes in life CF (Cystic Fibrosis) happens…pun intended

I have mentioned before how my periods affect my lungs every month. Well this month my “lady parts” decided to go off on a tangent and not obey the rules at all. I am not a fan of “lady parts,” or at least my internal “lady parts.” Let me explain why I dislike them so much. I promise there is a little bit of CF in this post too. (more…)
I guess I am really in my feelings today so bear with me. I came across a news article about Rory of “Joey + Rory” the country duo and her battle with cancer. In that article I found another link and then finally the link to This Life I Live blog. Tears rolled down my cheeks as I read what he wrote, “So we don’t have forever. We’ve got right now. And that’s enough.” I don’t have a clue why this is hitting me so hard today but it is doing a number on my tear ducts. (more…)
